Examination of managerial competencies in a multinational company

Abstract:

Pro každého manažera jsou velice důležité jeho kompetence, kterými disponuje ve společnosti. V bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma ,,Posouzení kompetencí manažera v nadnárodní společnosti''. Cílem je posoudit a rozebrat skutečné schopnosti a dovednosti manažera v nadnárodní společnosti Gas Production, v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V teoretické části je obecně popsána charakteristika manažera z pohledu teorie, rozsáhlá část této kapitoly je věnována manažerským kompetencím. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá postavením a charakteristikou manažera v nadnárodní společnosti, představením nadnárodní společnosti Gas Production a analýzou manažera společnosti Gas Production v České republice. V praktické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky z dotazníkového šetření, kterým byli osloveni manažeři nadnárodní společnosti Gas Production. Jejich odpovědi byly použity pro porovnání teoretických poznatků s realitou manažerských kompetencí v nadnárodní společnosti.

Abstract:

For every manager are very important his competencies which are disposed in a company. In the bachelor thesis is described the theme ,,Examination of managerial competencies in a multinational company?. The objective is to assess and analyze the actual abilities and skills of a manager in the multinational company Gas Production in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The theoretical part is generally described characteristics of the manager in terms of theory, a larger part of this chapter is devoted to managerial competencies. Furthermore, the work is concerned with the position and characteristics of managers in a multinational company, performance the multinational company Gas Production and analysis a manager of Gas Production in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the study evaluated the results of the survey, managers were asked in the multinational company Gas Production. Their responses were used to compare theoretical knowledge with the realities of managerial skills in a multinational company.
