Rationalization of the Order Implementation Process Using the FMEA Method in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na racionalizaci procesu realizace zakázky ve vybrané společnosti. Vhodným prostředkem jsou metody průmyslového inženýrství popsané v teoretické části diplomové práce. Práce se zaměřuje především na racionalizaci procesu, aby došlo ke snížení času realizace zakázky. K tomu byly použity metody průmyslového inženýrství popsané v teoretické části, převážně metoda FMEA. V projektové části byla díky této metodě odhalena rizika, kterým byla přiřazena míra závažnosti, výskytu a důsledku, a navržena zlepšení vedoucí k úspoře času i nákladů. Výsledkem tohoto projektu je racionalizovaný proces realizace zakázky a zkrácený průběh realizace o 10 %.

Abstract:

This Master´s Thesis focuses on the rationalization of the process of order realization in a selected company. A useful way of rationalization are the industrial engineering methods described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The thesis primarily examines the rationalization of the process in order to reduce the lead time. For this purpose, the industrial engineering methods described in the theoretical part were used, mainly the FMEA method. In practical part, this method was used to reveal the risks, which were assigned a level of severity, occurrence and consequence, and to propose measures leading to time and cost savings. This project resulted in a rationalized process of order realization and a 10 % reduction in lead time.
