Práce se zabývá vývojem vysokého školství po roce 1989. Vzdělávání každého jedince je přímo závislé na lidském kapitálu, ale značnou měrou se podílí i sociální kapitál. The education of every individual depends directly on human capital but it also depends in great measure on social capital.
