Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je optimalizace procesu projektové kanceláře ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím analýzy identifikovat problémy a navrhnout změny v procesech projektové kanceláře, které povedou k vyšší efektivitě podniku.Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První, teoretická část se zabývá vymezením klíčových pojmů a jejich vzájemných vztahů v oblasti projektového a procesního řízení. Druhá, praktická část je věnována seznámení se společností a analýze procesů projektové kanceláře. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny možné optimalizace procesů pro dosažení efektivnějšího fungování společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject matter of this thesis is the process optimising the project management office in the subject company. The main aim of this thesis is thorough analysis in this area with the goal aim being the identification of the problems posed and the proposal of changes to processes that will, in turn, lead to greater business efficiency.This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part deals with the definition of key terms and the interrelationship they have in both project and process management. The second, practical, part is devoted towards company familiarisation and the process analysis used with project management office. The conclusion outlines possible process optimization that can be put in place to help achieve the effective functioning of the company.
