Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Výchovné poradenství na středních školách“ pojednává o činnosti pedagogických pracovníků působících na středních školách různého typu, kteří se vedle své hlavní výchovně vzdělávací práce věnují navíc žákům, vyžadujícím nestandardní přístup v mnoha rovinách. Jedná se především o studijní schopnosti a jejich poruchy, oblast chování, dále o monitoring výskytu sociálně patologických jevů a jejich prevenci, poradenství v oblasti vzdělávací cesty a profesní orientace dospívajících žáků a studentů, atd. Práce se dále zabývá konkrétní problematikou činnosti výchovných poradců na různých středních školách v brněnském regionu. Na základě zrealizovaných rozhovorů analyzuje vztah konkrétních problémů k danému typu školy podle druhu poskytovaného vzdělání, od učňovských škol přes školy odborné až po gymnázia.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Educational counseling at High schools” deals with work of pedagogical employees at high schools of different type, who pay extended attention to pupils demanding unusual treatment apart from doing their main educational job. The thesis is mainly discussing ability to study, it‘s disorders and topics in behavioral area. It monitors occurrences of social-pathological events and it focuses on their prevention. In addition the thesis covers topics of counseling in educational area and professional orientation of maturing pupils and students, etc. This writing is further discussing specific problems encountered by educational counselors at high schools of different type in region of Brno. It analyses a relationship of particular problems to specific type of school on the basis of completed interviews. The analysis of this problem is carried out according to type of offered education. Many various types of schools from high schools to grammar schools are involved.
