Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkoumat, jaký vliv má zdanění na trh práce. První část je věnována literatuře, která se tímto tématem zabývá a výsledkům, ke kterým v ní autoři dospěli. To slouží jako teoretický základ pro praktickou část práce, kde pomocí ekonometrických metod zkoumáme konkrétně vliv zdanění na zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost v zemích Visegrádské skupiny.
