Working conditions with a focus on working hours

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovním podmínkám, zejména pak problematice organizace pracovní doby. Cílem práce je nalézt optimální rozvržení a organizaci pracovní doby v podniku Devro s.r.o., a to s ohledem na názor zaměstnanců, ale také s ohledem na organizační omezení podniku. V teoretické části jsou nejprve představeny pracovní podmínky a jejich faktory, dále je uvedena problematika organizace pracovní doby, zejména z pohledu legislativy, a její vliv na zaměstnance. V praktické části je pak zanalyzována současná organizace pracovní doby v podniku, na kterou navazuje analýza alternativních možností rozvržení pracovní doby. Dále je v praktické části provedeno dotazníkové šetření, z něhož vyplývá, že zaměstnanci společnosti nejsou spokojeni se současným rozvržením pracovní doby, avšak nebylo nalezeno takové alternativní rozvržení, které by preferovala větší část zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with working conditions and especially with the issue of working hours setup. The aim of the thesis is to find an optimal ordering and setup of working hours in Devro s.r.o. company considering the opinion of employees and also considering the organizational limits of the company. The theoretical part first presents working conditions and its factors, then it describes the matter of organizing the working hours, especially from the legislation point of view, and its influence on the employees. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the current working hours organization of the company which leads to an analysis of the alternative options of the working hours. Next, it presents a questionnaire construction which leads to the conclusion that the employees of the company are not satisfied with the current setup of the working hours, however, an alternative setup which would be preferred by the majority could not be found.
