Bakalářská práce na téma "Elektronický trestní spis" představuje systém Evidence trestního řízení, který byl zaveden v roce 2004 u Policie České republiky a jeho smyslem je mimo jiné vedení spisu v elektronické podobě v době vyšetřování a stíhání trestné činnosti.
