Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přístupy pracovníků na oddělení poradenství a dalšího vzdělávání používaných na Úřadu práce v Lounech při práci s klienty. Práce zahrnuje stručný popis organizace, je zde vymezena cílová skupina úřadu práce, následně charakterizovány druhy přístupů ke klientům dle různých autorů a teorií Sociální práce a vymezeny faktory, které mohou pracovníky při práci s klienty ovlivnit. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty přístupy, které jednotlivé pracovnice využívají při práci se svými klienty a následné doporučení, které by mohlo vést ke zlepšení jejich práce s klienty na oddělení poradenství a dalšího vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the approaches of workers in the department of counseling and further education used at the Labor Office in Louny when working with clients. The work includes a brief description of the organization, the target group of the employment office is defined, then the types of approaches to clients are characterized according to various authors and theories of Social Work, and the factors that can influence workers when working with clients are defined. At the end of the work, the approaches that individual workers use when working with their clients are summarized and subsequent recommendations that could lead to the improvement of their work with clients in the department of counseling and further education.
