Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem porodu do vody v praxi porodní asistentky. Obsahem práce je teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části práce je stručně popsána historie porodu do vody, účinky teplé vody v těhotenství a při porodu, péče porodní asistentky o ženu rodící do vody, rizika a kontraindikace porodu do vody a vybavení nemocnice potřebné k porodu do vody. Praktická část práce je vypracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, který obsahuje dva rozhovory. Oba rozhovory jsou s porodními asistentkami, které mají zkušenosti s osobním vedením porodu do vody. Cílem práce je popsání zkušeností porodních asistentek s vedením porodu do vody v České republice a doporučení do praxe.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of water birth in the practice of a midwife. The content of the work is theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the history of water birth, the effects of hot water during pregnancy and childbirth, the care of a midwife for a woman giving birth in water, the risks and contraindications of water birth and the hospital equipment needed for water birth. The practical part of the thesis is elaborated by qualitative research, which contains two interviews. Both interviews are with midwives who have experience with personally leading the birth into the water. The aim of this work is to describe the experience of midwives in the birth of water in the Czech Republic and recommendations for practice.
