Předmětem diplomové práce „Neoprávněné podnikání v režimu živnostenského zákona“ je výčet živností, u kterých nejčastěji dochází k překročení rozsahu živnostenského oprávnění. Vymezení se týká jak živnosti volné, tak živností řemeslných, vázaných a koncesovaných. The subject of the diploma thesis "Unauthorized Business in the Regime of the Trade Licensing Act" is a list of trades in which the scope of the trade license is most often exceeded. The definition applies to both free trade and craft, bond-ed and licensed trades.
