Vigilantism of extremist groups in the Czech Republic and the issue of proving in criminal proceeding

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Vigilantismem extrémistických skupin v ČR a problematikou dokazování v trestním řízení. Toto téma jsem si vybral, jelikož je velice zajímavé a rozhodně bylo, je a bude diskutované, neboť tato problematika je bohužel součástí demokratického právního státu. Trestné činy spojené s extremistickými skupinami mohou být různorodé. Od menších trestných činů až po násilné trestné činy, dokonce se může u vybraných jedinců velmi pravděpodobně objevovat recidiva. Dokazování těchto trestných činů může být leckdy problematické, jelikož jedinci v mnoha případech mají zakryté obličeji či páchají trestnou činnost ve skupině. V rámci své bakalářské práce se budu zajímat o extremismus, para-militarismus, vigilantismus, vymezení skupin, trestné činy, které tyto skupiny páchají a o problematiku dokazování v trestním řízení. Vytvořím zde tabulkové a grafické vyhodnocení trestných činů spáchaných vybranými skupinami v celé České republice. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zkoumání extremistických trestných činů spáchaných vigilantickými skupinami a problematika dokazování těchto činů v trestním řízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the vigilanstism of extresmist groups in the Czech Republic and the issue of evidence in criminal proceedings. I chose this topic because it is very interesting and it has definitely been, is and will be discussed, because this issue is unfortunately part of a democratic rule of law. The crimes associated with extremist groups can be diverse. From minor crimes to violent crimes, recurrences are very likely to occur in selected individuals. Proving these crimes can sometimes be problematic, as in many cases individuals have their faces covered or commit group crime. As part of this bachelor´s thesis, I will be interested in extremism, para-militarism, vigilantism, and the definiton of groups, the crimes that these groups commit and the issue of evidence in criminal. In this thesis there is created a tabular and graphical evaluation of crimes committed by selected groups throughout the Czech Republic. The aim of my bachelor thesis is investigation of extremist crimes committed by vigilant groups and the issue of proving these crimes in criminal proceeding.
