Tématem bakalářské práce je prevence vzniku alimentárních nákaz v lůžkových zařízeních. Toto téma je velmi klíčové při zlepšování kvality zdravotní péče v tomto typu zařízení. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku alimentárních nákaz, etiologii, příznaky, druhy onemocnění, hygienu a preventivní opatření ošetřovatelského personálu. Abstract:
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the prevention of food-borne diseases in inpatient facilities. This topic is very crucial in improving the quality of health care in this type of facility. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of foodborne diseases, on etiology, symptoms, types of diseases, hygiene and preventive measures of the nursing staff.
