Abstract:
The thesis deals with the use of repetitive fairy tales in teaching English past simple tense to lower secondary learners. The aim of this work was to find out, what the pupils learn from them and to which extend. The research was held in a primary school with the 6th-grade pupils and a qualitative method was used. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výukou minulého času v anglickém jazyce u žáků druhého stupně s použitím jednoduchých pohádek. Cílem práce je zjistit, co se žáci díky nim naučí a do jaké míry jsou schopni nově nabyté znalosti aplikovat. Výzkum probíhal na základní škole se žáky 6. třídy a byla použita kvalitativní metoda.
