Abstract:
Anotace Tématem diplomové práce je zavádění systému managementu jakosti v Domově mládeže. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá řízením organizace, odpovědností managementu za změnu, klíčovými procesy, jejich evaluací a kontinuálním zlepšováním chodu zařízení. Ve výzkumné části sleduje zavádění celého systému, závislostí mezi aktivním přístupem zaměstnanců a jejich úspěšnou participací na projektu.
Abstract:
Annotation: The Master thesis deals with Quality Management System implementation in a boarding house. In the theoretical part the work focuses on the organization management, responsibility of management for the change, key processes, their evaluation and continuous improvement of the organization operation.
