Expressive techniques workshop focused on team cohesion increase: Attitudes of participants

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit postoje zaměstnanců k využívání expresivních technik ve vybrané organizaci. Postoje jsou měřeny ve vztahu ke konkrétnímu workshopu, který využívá arteterapeutické techniky a který je zaměřen na zvýšení koheze týmu. Postoje jsou měřeny jak na emocionální, kognitivní, tak také na behaviorální rovině. Využívání expresivních technik na pracovišti je poměrně novou záležitostí, která není velmi rozšířená a známá, proto považuji za důležité zjistit postoje zaměstnanců k těmto technikám a na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout další využívání expresivních technik na tomto pracovišti.

Abstract:

The goal of this Master thesis is to discover the attitudes of employees towards using expressive techniques in this chosen organisation. Attitudes are measured in relation to specific workshop, which uses art therapy techniques and which is focused on reinforcement of team cohesion. Attitudes are measured on emotional, kognitive and also behavioral scale. Using expressive techniques in the workplace is quite a new trend which is not very widespread and well-known. That is why I find it very important to find out what kind of attitudes are employees holding towards those techniques. These discoveries will enable me to suggest another potential for using these techniques at this specific workplace.
