Bakalářská práce se zabývá všemi důvody zrušení rozhodčího nálezu soudem. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat, jaké důvody pro zrušení rozhodčího nálezu lze aplikovat pro obnovu řízení podle OSŘ. Při analýze využívám dostupnou judikaturu. This thesis deals with all the reasons for the annulment of an arbitration award. The aim however is to analyze the reasons for the annulment of an arbitration award which might be applied in case of the reopening of the trial according to the Czech Civil Procedure Rules.
