License Agreement for a Computer Program
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na licenční smlouvy a to především u počítačových programů, z pohledu autorského práva a se zacílením na některé důležité autorskoprávní jevy. Jako je ochrana počítačového programu a její využití v praxi. Je zde snaha o komplexní pojmenování problému.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on license agreements particularly in computer programs with a view of copyright and targeting some important thing from copyright. There is the protection of a computer program and its use in practice. There is a comprehensive effort to name the problem.
