Abstract:

HRYŇKIVOVÁ, Marie. Terminální pacient v ambulantní péči z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Patrik Burda. Praha. 2024. 57 s. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou příjmů pacientů v terminálním stadiu do ambulantní péče. Cílem práce je především zmapování situace tohoto problému a možná východiska pro zlepšení péče o tyto pacienty. Teoretická část kvalifikační práce popisuje již od začátku současnou situaci této problematiky, dále nahlíží na etické postupy a legislativu v péči o pacienty v terminálním stádiu a v neposlední řadě se zabývá psychosociální podporou pro umírající, jejich rodiny, ale i pro zdravotnické pracovníky o ně pečující. Empirická část probíhá formou porovnání teorie s případovými studiemi z praxe. Výsledkem kvalifikační práce je doporučení pro praxi – v tomto případě, ve formě aplikovatelného postupu v přístupu k pacientovi terminálního stádia v ambulantním provozu z pohledu zdravotnické záchranáře.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of admission of patients in the terminal stage to outpatient care. The aim of the thesis is mainly to map the situation of this problem and possible starting points for improving the care of these patients. The theoretical part of the qualification thesis describes from the beginning the current situation of this issue, then it looks at the ethical procedures and legislation in the care of patients in the terminal stage and last but not least it deals with psychosocial support for the dying, their families, but also for the healthcare workers caring for them. The empirical part is conducted by comparing theory with case studies from practise. The result of the qualification work is a recommendation for practise – in this case in the form of an applicable procedure in the approach to a terminal patient in outpatient care from the perspective of a paramedic.
