Women as victims of domestic violence and the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je upozornit na problematiku fenoménu domácího násilí, jeho vliv na oběti, konkrétně na ženy, dále na možnosti řešení a následná léčba posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Úvod práce uvede do problematiky a současné situace v České republice. Následně práce uvádí, proč se z této problematiky stal fenomén, její etiologii a dostaneme se k charakteristice pachatele a obětí. Je nutné zdůraznit možnosti řešení této problematiky, tj. podpůrné organizace a nastavení léčby.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to draw attention to the issue of the phenomenon of domestic violence, its effect on victims, specifically on women, as well as possible solutions and subsequent treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. The introduction of the work introduces the issues and the current situation in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the thesis states why this issue became a phenomenon, its etiology, and we get to the characteristics of the perpetrator and the victims. It is necessary to emphasize the possibilities of solving this problem, i.e. supporting organizations and treatment settings.
