Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu poškození svarového spoje potrubí z uhlíkové feriticko-perlitické oceli vypouštěcí trasy motorového oleje dieselgenerátorové stanice. V teoretické části práce je přiblížena teorie svařování a popsána metoda TIG, kterou bylo potrubí svařeno. Dále je popsána problematika svařitelnosti uhlíkových ocelí. Také jsou v teoretické části popsány vady svarů a příčiny jejich vzniku. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována nedestruktivním a destruktivním zkouškám svarů, kterým bude potrubí podrobeno. V aplikační části bakalářské práce budou použity poznatky z teoretické části a budou provedeny materiálové zkoušky na vzorcích z potrubí. Na těchto vzorcích budou provedeny nedestruktivní a destruktivní zkoušky svarů. Základní zkoušky jsou vizuální, kapilární, prozařovací, chemická strukturní a prvková analýza. Bude provedena zkouška tvrdosti a metalografické zkoušky makrostruktury a mikrostruktury. V závěru práce se nachází diskuse dosažených výsledků a návrh nápravných opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the damage of the welded joint of the carbon ferritic-perlitic steel pipe of the diesel generator station engine oil discharge route. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theory of welding is presented and the TIG method by which the pipe was welded is described. Furthermore, the weldability of carbon steels is described. Also in the theoretical part weld defects and their causes are described. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the non-destructive and destructive weld tests to which the pipeline will be subjected. In the application part of the bachelor thesis the knowledge from the theoretical part will be used and material tests will be performed on samples from the pipeline. Non-destructive and destructive weld tests will be performed on these samples. The basic tests are visual, capillary, X-ray, chemical structural and elemental analysis. Hardness testing and metallographic testing of macrostructure and microstructure will be performed. The thesis concludes with a discussion of the results obtained and a proposal for corrective measures.
