Inspection of the quality of social services

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na teoretickou a empirickou část. První část práce je zaměřena na historii sociálních služeb, na samotný pojem ?kvalita života?, ale také na zavádění systému kvality v České republice a podpůrné procesy, které probíhaly v Královéhradeckém kraji. Jsou zde uvedeny i jiné systémy, prostřednictvím kterých lze měřit kvalitu. Dále se práce zabývá legislativním rámcem ať už sociálních služeb jako celku, tak i samotné inspekce. Dále přibližuje i jiné prameny, kterých je nutné se při inspekci držet. V neposlední řadě práce seznamuje čtenáře se samotným průběhem inspekce. Druhá, empirická část, je věnována názoru poskytovatelů sociálních služeb na samotné inspekce. Zjišťování názorů probíhalo dotazníkovým šetřením a jejich zpracování a vyhodnocení je uvedeno v závěru druhé části bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The work is focused on theoretical and empirical part. There are history of the social services, the term ?The life quality? as itself and then the system innovation of the life quality in The Czech republic and supporting processes which were taken place in the district of Hradec Kralove in the first part of the work. The are another systems mentioned here, thanks to them we can measure the quality. There is a legislative framework of the social services as the whole and of the inspection as alone in this work. There are another sources mentioned here, which are necessary to follow during the inspection. The work is introducing the readers with the progress of an inspection as alone last but nost least. The second empirical part is dedicated to the opinions of the social services´ providers of the inspections as alone. The opinions finding out were made by the questionnaire survey and its processing and evaluation are presented in the end of the second part of the bachelor´s work.
