Design and creation of a chatbot focused on the rules of football

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a tvorbou chatbota, který je schopen komunikovat na téma fotbalových pravidel. Práce obsahuje analýzu platforem pro tvorbu chatbota, podrobný popis a dokumentaci tvorby chatbota za pomocí zvolené platformy. Dále je v práci proveden kvalitativní výzkum, který slouží k získání poznatků, které jsou dále využity při tvorbě návrhu chatbota. Vytvořený chatbot poskytuje znění pravidel dle aktuálního vydání a tím má ulehčit fotbalové společnosti od spousty nejasností ohledně pravidel fotbalu, která se momentálně ve fotbalovém prostředí nacházejí díky rychlosti vývoje fotbalových pravidel během posledních let.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with design and creation of a chatbot, which is able to communicate on the topic of football rules. The thesis contains an analysis of platforms for creating chatbots, detailed description and documentation of creating the chatbot by using the chosen platform. Furthermore, qualitative research is made, which serves to gain knowledge, which are further used in the creation of a chatbot design. The created chatbot provides an interpretation of the rules according to the current edition of the football rules and is intended to ease football community from a lot of confusion about the football rules which are currently in the football environment due to the speed of development of football rules over recent years.
