Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení porodního domu. Porodní dům je zdravotnické zařízení, které je řízeno porodními asistentkami a je zaměřeno zejména na péči o těhotné a rodící ženy. Nejprve byly shromážděny teoretické poznatky z oblasti podnikání ve zdravotnictví, řízení zdravotnických zařízení a porodní asistence. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of establishing a birth center. The birth center is a medical facility run by midwives and especially focused on the care of pregnant and birthing women. First, theoretical knowledge was gathered on the field of business in health care, management od medical facilities and midwifery.
