Charitable lotteries: theoretical and practical aspects

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Charitativní sbírky v ČR: teorie a praxe“ je na základě dostupných statistických údajů o sbírkách pořádaných na území ČR (pořádající právnická osoba, účel sbírky, doba konání sbírky, územní rozsah sbírky a způsoby jejich provádění) a legislativního rámce pro pořádání veřejných sbírek zjistit, jaký je trend v počtu veřejných sbírek, jaké jsou nejčastější charakteristiky sbírek pořádaných v minulých letech na území ČR a jaké povinnosti mají jejich pořadatelé. První část práce krátce objasňuje pojem fundraising, druhá část práce se zabývá stávající legislativou týkající se veřejných sbírek, zahraničním srovnáním a praktickými aspekty jejich zahájení, průběhu a ukončení. Praktická část práce obsahuje dvě analýzy veřejných sbírek probíhajících v letech 2001 – 2011.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: „ Charitable Collection the Czech Republic: theory and practice“ is to find a trend in number of public collections, the most frequent charakteristics of collections held in last years in the Czech republic and responsibilities of their promoters. The analyze was compiled on the basis of statistical data about public collections (arranging corporation, purpose, range of territory, duration time on and method of their realization) and Czech Republic legislative environment determination for realisation of public collections. First part of this work brings out the term of fundraising, the second part deals with legislative environment for realisation of public collections, comparision with abroad legislative and practical aspects of initialization, continuance and finalization of public collections. Practical part contains two analysis of public collections, which were held from 2001 to 2011 in the Czech republic.
