Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem participace dětí v systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a průzkumnou část. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojem participace, rodičovská odpovědnost, rozvod rodičů, systém sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a Cochemskou praxi.
