Abstract:

Anotace HORÁČEK, Petr. Sociální vztahy jako opora podílející se na úspěchu žáků ve studiu na odborném učilišti. [Diplomová práce]. Brno: Pedagogická fakulta Masarykovy univerzity, Katedra didaktických technologií, 2010, 76 s. Vedoucí diplomové práce PhDr. Alena Šafrová. Práce pedagogických pracovníků v odborném učilišti s sebou nese plnění zvláštních a významných úkolů. V diplomové práci se především promítají názory žáků, spolužáků, učitelů a rodičů v souvislosti se sociální oporou. Učitelé zastávají nezastupitelnou roli koordinátora v řadě výchovných úkolů. Tento výzkumný projekt zjišťuje názor žáků na roli učitele, jaký význam má sociální opora v mezilidských vztazích. Z role učitele ve značné míře vyplývá i možnost prostřednictvím sociální opory působit na úspěšnost žáků ve studiu.

Brno: Masaryk university, College of education, Department of didactic technology, 2010, 76 pages. Diploma thesis supervisor PhDr. Alena Šafrová. Work of teaching staff at training college includes the implementation of specific and important tasks. In the thesis are reflected mainly the views of pupils, classmates, teachers and parents in relation to social support. Teachers stand an irreplaceable role of coordinator in number of educational tasks. This research project finds out students views of the teacher´s role and the importance of social support in interpersonal relationships. The role of the teacher is also in the opportunity to operate through social support on the success of students in the study.
