Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována nabídkové a poptávkové straně na trhu s chmelem v České republice. Změny v tržní nabídce a poptávce jsou primárně hodnoceny v kontextu cenového vývoje na zkoumaném trhu. Při analýze je zohledněno vertikální provázání trhů, tj. napojení komoditního trhu s chmelem na zpracovatelský trh, resp. spotřebitelský trh s pivem.
