Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou účetnictví v České republice. Na začátku je vysvětlen pojem účetnictví včetně důležitých souvislostí. Další kapitola je věnována historii účetnictví. Dále v práci rozebírám jednotlivé prameny práva účetnictví, a to včetně některých pramenů mezinárodních. Na to navazuji výčtem základních účetních pojmů ve vzájemných souvislostech. Abstract:
This diploma thesis concentrates on legal regulation of accounting in Czech Republic. At the beginning basic concept of accounting in contexts is explained. Next chapter deals with history of accounting. In this thesis I also analyze individual sources of accounting law including some international sources.
