Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou stanovení ratingového hodnocení banky, konkrétně Komerční banky a.s., za použití nové metodologie ratingové agentury Moody’s. V oblasti ratingu banky je kladen důraz zejména na makroekonomický profil České republiky a finanční ukazatele Komerční banky. V praktické části práce je pak stanoven zjednodušený rating. Tento zjednodušený rating je následně porovnán s ratingem uděleným Komerční bance v roce 2018, čímž je ověřena hypotéza podobnosti obou hodnocení.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to determine the rating of a bank, specifically Komerční banka, a.s., with the usage of the new Moody’s bank rating methodology. The biggest emphasis, in regards to the bank rating, is put on the macroeconomic profile of the Czech Republic and financial indicators of Komerční banka, based on the given information a simplified rating is created in the practical part of the thesis. This simplified rating is compared to the granted rating of Komerční banka from 2018 to verify the hypothesis of similarity of these ratings.
