Práce je návodem pro zadavatele veřejných zakázek, jak stanovit hodnotící kritéria pro konkrétní veřejnou zakázku. Cílem je ukázat zadavatelům k jakým změnám v zákoně došlo, jaké mají dodržet zásady a jaké mají konkrétní možnosti.
