Shoulder joint damages in swimming
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem v českém závodním plavání vzhledem k chronickým bolestem ramenního kloubu. Zkoumá míru vlivu vybraných faktorů (plavecký způsob a trať, používání pacek, četnost a typ regenerace a kompenzačních cvičení) na rozvoj těchto potíží.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the current state in the czech competitive swimming due to the chronic pain of the shoulder joint and xamines the degree of influence of selected factors (swimming style and track, using of swimming paddles, frequency and type of regeneration and compensatory exercise) to develop these problems.
