Cílem je vyhodnotit současný stav vybraných controllingových činností ve zvolené organizaci a na tomto základě následně navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. The main topic of this thesis is the controlling of Strojosvit, a.s. The aim is to evaluate the current state of selected controlling activities in the selected organization and on this basis to propose measures for their improvement.
