Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá šikanou na pracovišti, vymezuje základní pojmy spojené se šikanou. Dále vymezuje druhy šikany: mobbing, bossing, staffing, straining, kyberšikana. Zabývá se následky, protiprávním jednáním a také prevencí šikany. Konkrétně se zabývá touto problematikou na pracovišti v České republice. Cílem praktické části je zjištění, zda-li se na pracovištích šikana vyskytuje a jestli ano, v jaké míře. Výzkum byl proveden dotazníkovým šetřením.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with bullying in the workplace, it defines the basic terms associated with bullying. It also defines the types of bullying: mobbing, bossing, staffing, straining, cyberbullying. It deals with the consequences, illegal actions and also the prevention of bullying. Specifically, it deals with this issue in the workplace in the Czech Republic. The aim of the practical part is to find out whether bullying occurs in workplaces and if so, to what extent. The research was conducted by a questionnaire survey.
