Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu institutu odpovědnosti za vady se zaměřením na koupi a prodej v české právní úpravě a v připravovaném Nařízení o společné evropské právní úpravě prodeje. The thesis is dealing with analysis of the institution which is liable for defects with focus on purchase and sell in the Czech legal regulation and in preparing Common European Sales Law (CESL).
