Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vysokohorskou turistikou. Vymezuje pojem jako takový a hodnotí pozitivní a negativní aspekty této pohybové aktivity. Zabývá se fyziologickými i psychologickými a kognitivními přínosy VHT. Zároveň hodnotí i negativní složku a popisuje, jak se vyvarovat rizikům jako je např. Abstract:
The work deals with highaltitude tourism. It defines the concept as such and evaluates the positive and negative aspects of this physical activity. It deals with the physiological, psychological and cognitive benefits of VHT.
