Protection of Classified Information with a Focus on Physical Security

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou utajovaných informací se zaměřením na fyzickou bezpečnost. Podává základní vymezení pojmů ve vztahu k informacím a základní informace o potřebě je chránit. Dále je zaměřena na způsoby ochrany, které definuje zákon. Teoretická část cílí na rozbor zákona č. 412/2005 o ochraně utajovaných informací a bezpečnostní způsobilosti. S ohledem na zaměření diplomové práce je pozornost zvláště věnována fyzické bezpečnosti při ochraně utajovaných informací. Praktická část se zabývá procesem vytvoření projektu fyzické bezpečnosti. Poukazuje na možnosti a důležité aspekty při tvorbě projektu. Následně je vytvořen návrh projektu fyzické bezpečnosti pro zabezpečenou oblast kategorie DŮVĚRNÉ a možné varianty určení objektu se zabezpečenou oblastí stejné kategorie. Způsoby zabezpečení jsou podrobeny komparaci a jsou zdůrazněny rozdíly v technickém zabezpečení těchto oblastí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the protection of classified information with a focus on physical security. It provides a basic definition of terms in relation to information and basic information about the need to protect it. It also focuses on the methods of protection defined by law. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of Act No. 412/2005 on the protection of classified information and security eligibility. Considering the focus of the thesis, attention is particularly paid to physical security in the protection of classified information. The practical part deals with the process of creating the Physical Security Project Proposal. It points out the possibilities and important aspects in the creation of the project. Subsequently, a Draft Physical Security Project is created for a secure area of the CONFIDENTIAL category and possible variants of the designation of a facility with a secure area of the same category. The security methods are compared and the differences in the technical security of these areas are highlighted.
