Abstract:
Nanosekundové pulzné výboje sú v poslednej dobe intenzívne skúmané zdroje plazmy. Elektrická diagnostika je jednoduchý spôsob pre charakterizáciu tejto plazmy. V tejto práci analyzujeme merania prúdu a napätia s vysokým rozlíšením a citlivosťou pomocou najjednoduchšieho ekvivalentného elektrického obvodu, aby sme získali charakteristické kapacity a hlavné vnútorné parametre výboja, ako je prúd a náboj …moreAbstract:
Nanosecond-pulsed discharges are recently intensively studied plasma sources. The electrical diagnostics is a convenient way to characterize these plasmas.
