Cílem diplomové práce je podrobná analýza právní úpravy institutu předsmluvní odpovědnosti s mezinárodním prvkem. Úvodní kapitola představuje institut předsmluvní odpovědnosti prostřednictvím zasazení do historického kontextu a prezentací uchopení tohoto institutu ve vybraných právních řádech. The aim of the thesis is a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of culpa in contrahendo with an international element. The introductory chapter introduces the institution of culpa in contrahendo by setting it in its historical context and by presenting the understanding of this institution in selected legal systems.
