Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku pracovně-právních vztahů. Konkrétně jejich nejtypičtější formu a tou je pracovní poměr. Téma je rozvrženo do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik, změny, druhy a ukončení pracovního poměru. Tato část je dle nového zákoníku práce č. 262/2006 Sb. V praktické části naleznete použití zákoníku práce v praxi, především pak rozdíly oproti starší úpravě. …more

This bachelor thesis deals with labour-law relations. Specifically, it concerns the most typical form which is employment. The whole topic is divided in two parts. The theoretical part is aimed at the beginning, changes, types and termination of employment. This section follows the new Labor Code No. 262/2006 Coll.
