Soudní ochrana voleb v ČR

Judicial protection of elections in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Prní část práce se zabývá historií soudní ochrany volebního práva. Poté jsou rozebrány jednotlivé instituty volebního soudnictví (přezkum referenda, ochrana ve věci voličských seznamů, ochrana ve věci registrace, ochrana ve věci mandátu, řízení o opravném prostředku ve věci neplatnosti voleb, hlasování a volby kandidáta).V závěru jsou návrhy na změnu právní úporavy.
Abstract:
The first part deal with the history of judicial protection of electoral rights. Are then discussed various institutes electoral justice (review of the referendum, the protection on the voter lists, the protection on the registration, protection mandate in the matter, an appeal on the invalidity of elections, voting and eletion candidate). In conclusion, the proposals to amend legislation.
