Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Bankovní záruky v mezinárodním obchodě“ si klade za cíl teoreticky vymezit institut bankovní záruky pomocí analýzy dostupné odborné literatury a následně zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody pro její účastníky. The aim of the bachelor thesis ”Bank Guarantees in International Trade“ is to theoretically define bank guarantees by analyzing the accessible literature and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages for the participants.
