Tato bakalářská práce přináší pohled na problematiku pojistných podvodů z několika úhlů. První kapitola se zabývá právní úpravou pojistných podvodů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of insurance frauds in various ways. The chapter one concerns with a legal protection against insurance frauds. The second part of the bachelor thesis classifies the entrepreneurial risks of an insurance company and places the insurance fraud into them.
