Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zdroje a možnosti tvorby interaktivních modelů chemických sloučenin. Práce stručně popisuje vybrané volně dostupné programy pro vizualizaci vnitřní stavby molekul, které lze využít pro tvorbu interaktivní prezentace s trojrozměrnými modely anorganických struktur. Práce se také zabývá vytipováním vhodných sloučenin a posouzením výhodnosti implementace interaktivních modelů …more

The diploma thesis is focused on the resources and possibilities of an interactive molecular models creation. The thesis describes various free molecular visualization programs, which can be used for creating interactive presentations.
