Abstract:
This diploma thesis studies immunochemical assay with fluorescent detection of human serum albumin (HSA). The immunoassay was made as ‘sandwich‘ fluoroimmunoassay on microtiter plate with surface treated for high protein affinity. Diplomová práce studuje imunochemické stanovení lidského sérového albuminu (HSA) s fluorescenční detekcí. Imunostanovení se realizovalo jako „sendvičové“ fluoroimunostanovení (FIA) na mikrotitrační desce upravené pro vysokou adsorpci proteinů.
