Práca má čitateľom ozrejmiť dôležitosť reformy penzijného systému, jej príčiny a rôzne možnosti aplikácie v praxi. Umožňuje hlbšie preniknúť do problematiky reformy penzijných systémov v štátoch Litva, Lotyšsko, Estónsko a porovnať ich priebeh a výsledky s reformami iných štátov EÚ. The aim of the script is to clarify an importance of reform of pension system, its causes and different opportunities of application in praxis. It provides to get in pension system problem more deeply in countries as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and compares their progress and results with reforms of the others coutries of European Union.
