Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právními formami nabývání věcí movitých. Zkoumá tedy nejen pojmy vlastnictví a vlastnického práva, ale poskytuje ucelený pohled na pojem věci v právním smyslu a zejména poté věci movité. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal forms of the acquisition of movable property. It examines not only the concepts of ownership and property rights, but provides a comprehensive view on the notion of a thing in the legal sense, especially movable property.
