Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá školním klimatem. Především tedy školním klimatem pohledem žáků, učitelů a rodičů jakožto hlavních tvůrců tohoto jevu. Diplomovou práci dělíme na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením základních pojmů, které úzce souvisí s klimatem školy. Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with school climate. Primarily, it deals with school climate from the perspective of pupils, teachers and parents who are the main creators of this phenomenon. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we define the basic concepts and ideas, which are closely associated with school climate.
