Void Termination of an Employment Relationship
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o následcích neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru. Nejprve bude vymezena základní charakteristika pracovního práva jako samostatného právního odvětví. Dále se bude autor zaobírat následky neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru a též postupem směřujícím k uplatnění práv, která z neplatného rozvázání vyplývají. Diplomová práce zohledňuje i relevantní judikaturu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis shall focus on the void termination of an employment relationship. Firstly the thesis will define labour law as an independent part of the are of laws. Then the thesis will discuss the consequences of the viod termination of an employment relationship and the right procedure to to exercise rights which result from the void termination.
