Deposits in a company with limited liability

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vkládání peněžitých a nepeněžitých vkladů do společnosti s ručením omezeným. Popisuje právní pohled a základní pojmy této problematiky. Práce je primárně zaměřena na nepeněžité vklady, které jsou z právního pohledu složitěji popsané než vklady peněžité. Získané znalosti daného téma jsou aplikovány na konkrétní situaci založení a vzniku fiktivní společnosti, kde jsou použity jak peněžité, tak nepeněžité vklady do základního kapitálu společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce zahrnuje podnikatelský plán již zmíněné fiktivní společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with financial and non-financial investments into a company with limited liability. It describes the legal perspective and the basic concept of the issue. The thesis is primarily focused on non-financial investments that, from the legal perspective, are described in a more complicated way than financial investments. The obtained knowledge of the topic is applied to a particular situation of the foundation of a fictional company, using both financial and non-financial investments to the capital of the company with limited liability. The thesis includes a business plan of the already mentioned fictional company.
